Let's get you in the office. . .

As a family law attorney, I have guided hundreds of people through the civil litigation process in Virginia.

You don't have a cookie cutter case, and we look forward to meeting with you to develop a unique strategy to suit your situation.

What happens before the consultation:

For some cases, we ask that you complete a questionnaire in advance. If you send us relevant documentation in advance, this is also helpful to us. We will review pleadings and limited documentation in advance of your consultation so that we can be prepared for our meeting. Payment is required when you book your consultation,* consultations must be paid for within 24 hours of reservation, or they will be cancelled.

What happens at the consultation:

I believe in developing legal strategy, NOT sales pitches. We want to be able to develop the best strategy for you that will meet your unique concerns, not trying to sell you on a legal service. If we decide that we would like to move forward together, we will also discuss legal fees and the anticipated cost of the anticipated legal action.

How to book your consultation

Select a time and appointment type below. Fill in your information and submit it to receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your appointment is not booked (or the incorrect email was provided). We look forward to working with you!
